WilsCon was founded on a simple belief, treat people properly and deliver work you’re proud to put your name on.

Director Mitch began his building career in Dubbo, completing his apprenticeship before relocating to Forster-Tuncurry in 2013. After years of hands-on residential construction experience, he established WilsCon in 2018.
Since then, the business has grown into a trusted local building company known for:

WilsCon is a proud member of Master Builders and regularly attends local trade nights and professional development sessions to stay current and connected within the industry.

Today, WilsCon operates with a crew of 15 dedicated tradespeople, led by Director Mitch and supported by experienced foremen and skilled carpenters.

Each project is carefully supervised and team-led to ensure consistency, quality workmanship and clear communication from start to finish.

We are proud to invest in the future of the industry by mentoring apprentices,  including Abby, one of the next generation of skilled tradeswomen, helping to support diversity and growth in the building industry.
