Today, WilsCon operates with a crew of 15 dedicated tradespeople, led by Director Mitch and supported by experienced foremen and skilled carpenters.

Each project is carefully supervised and team-led to ensure consistency, quality workmanship and clear communication from start to finish.

We are proud to invest in the future of the industry by mentoring apprentices,  including Abbey, one of the next generation of skilled tradeswomen, helping to support diversity and growth in the building industry.
